I’ve always wanted to try making my own stuff, so I’ve been inspired to do my own Google Chrome themes because of Souza (he’s one of my heroes, problem?) and some friends who have been bugging me to do it. So I dug up holes in the internet and taught myself how to make my own themes, which had a good outcome if you ask me.
Theme Installation (Quoted from The Randomness Thing):
You have to have Google Chrome browser to use this theme. After the download progress has finished, just double click it on the download list and the theme will be installed.
An additional note if your computer don’t detect crx file, just right click on the file and pick “Open With”. If you install Google Chrome without editing the path, the application will be on “C:UsersKazaSOUAppDataLocalGoogleChromeApplication”. Note that KazaSOU is the current user who installed the google chrome. Anyway, pick chrome.exe as your default program for opening crx file and then you can just double click again to install the theme.
Nope. I wont be accepting requests for Google Chrome. I already have my hands full with rainmeters and school. Though I can accept requests from only a few friends or if you’re a total genius who can suggest something that I would really like to do a theme on. If you don’t fall on either categories, I’m sorry, but. .no.
- This page is still under construction.
- I’m still new at this so forgive me if you think my work sucks.
- Google Chrome theme files (.crx) can also be used on Rockmelt, just saying.
